Natalie has been my hair stylist for the last 12 years and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She always takes such care with my hair and gives me the best advice on how to look after it. She has plenty of new suggestions for me and gorgeous new products to try. I love the way she cuts my hair and the highlights are the perfect colour for me. I never tell her what to do because I know she knows definitely knows best. All the team at pastels Ritz Carlton make you so welcome. My coffee is with me within minutes of arriving - they honestly can’t do enough for you. Rose gives the best head massages ever but honestly all the staff are amazing. Read less
